Abstract In order to provide design parameters for the micro-initiation train of built-in MEMS Safety and Arming Device, solve reliable transmission problem due small charge amount. Based on structure micro initiating explosive sequence, test device is designed in paper. The photon Doppler Velocimeter (PDV) was used velocity flyer driven by micro-detonator, influence flyer, acceleration chamber obtained. That is, when thickness same, density high high; specific need match thickness, so as obtain with consistency stable flight, then achieve ideal impact initiation effect.
